The child I purchased this for is turned 7 years old. She wanted an American Girl doll. I couldn't spend that amount of money, so I found this doll. She loves her! She has brown eyes, brown hair and medium toned skin just like this doll. She never even questioned if it was an American Girl.

My 3 year old loves this doll. She knows enough to ask for an Amercian Girl doll, however not enough what one actually is. This is perfect for her to care for and feel like a big girl. It is very pretty!
