was looking for a product to use in mosaics, could not easily find word beads so decided to try these. they work wonderfully

I thought this would be a good idea to put up in my Art classroom. It's kinda nice for the kids to have stuff to "play with" in the room, that help build art vocabulary (and just vocabulary in general... I also bought the "genius" edition to add words).
I don't appreciate that there are some "vulgar" gray-area kinds of words in the set (I just don't appreciate that as humor), but I can just leave them out of the deck, and then in becomes classroom-appropriate.

This product is really a great deal of fun. And thought provoking. It allows you to be funny, serious or anything in between. We are having a great time with this.

A great selection of "Artist" words in the classic Magnetic Poetry packaging. We filtered a couple of words out for our kids, but the remaining are a great addition to our magnetic poetry collection.

Great words for the artistically inclined! I only wish it had contained fewer general words and articles and had included some more art specific pieces (brush, sketch, etc.).

Generally good, although limited to painting & sculpting. I am using it in combination with the Genius Magnetic Poetry to round out Genius a little. In poetry there's a big difference between big words and descriptive words. I would encourage the usage of "yet" and "vibrant." Also, I would suggest that you read art reviews as well as gallery news blurbs for direction. "Psychedelic" is a bit passe'.

Excellent addition to any of the magnetic poetry kits. A higher rating if only it was a larger set.
