What a wonderful way to provide encouragement to yourself, your family, as well as those who visit your home. A great way to start conversations and engage your family and company in something a bit more meaningful.
This product allows you to take a break from your day and your worries by moving your attention to a more positive and focused place. Stay there as long as you like and allow the healing to happen.
It is great for moments alone, but should be put/used out in the open where others can also benefit and you can see a reminder of how important your healing is to you.
Using magnetic wall paint under your room color opens up a great space to use the magnetic poetry sets as often as you and your family need.

I love the product. I will be purchasing more of the same. It just relaxes me when nothing else will. More people should try Fat Brain Toys.

This is an excellent resource for working with individuals who may not be able to express themselves by writing poetry per se, but can form poetry using the magnets as a guide. Cost-wise, I think the magnetic board should be included with the price of a magnet set.

I had already owned the original Magnetic Poetry and ordered the Magnetic Poetry Healing Words for both my Mom and I. I was thrilled to find both the Healing Words, Christian Poetry, and the magnetic board that comes with additional words. It couldn't have been a better gift to give to my mom. She absolutely loved every item, as did I.

The words are great, I just wish they were larger. I purchased for my mother to use as communication and the letters are a little small, but overall I think it will help quite a bit.

I've really enjoyed the set so far. The words have succeeded in pulling feelings out of me that I hadn't really thought about.
I have posted some thoughts and feelings for the family to think about and respond to on our refrigerator. I put some of the words next to photos. It is also a good conversation/discussion starter.
The set is a useful tool for journaling thoughts and feelings as well.
Another thought would be to sit with another person, or two, and take turns pulling a word out of the case as a discussion starter. This is a 'safe' way to discuss feelings about some very difficult situations.

Ive noticed that in some of the magnetic poetry kits, there are a lot of redundant words and a lot of words that dont exactly prove useful. This kit is an exception. I found a lot of words that were useful and helped me create better poetry. I already have the original kit, shakespeare, the writers block jar and romance kit. Together all of these kits have given me loads of fun !

I am a social work intern at a clinic for children/adolescents with mental health situations. I look forward to using this to help my patients explore the concept of healing and recovery. I plan on buying another couple of sets for my friends who are also practicing!
