The idea of the Baby Stella carrier is adorable. I got it for my 20 month old niece, whose mother just gave birth to twins. I noticed when I tried to put the baby in the carrier for her, it was very difficult to get in. In fact the straps that come over her shoulders and connect to the seat part of the carrier would barely even hold because they were pulled so tight. There is no way my niece could get the baby in there herself, by any means. I understand it has to be tight so the baby doesn't flop out, but this was a bit much.


	We contacted our customer. The carrier straps are designed so Baby Stella rides safely for a long time to come! With use, the Baby Stella Carrier straps do loosen a bit.
