A fresh take on the Apples to Apples experience

This is a great expansion to the main Apples to Apples Crate game. It includes many new green and red apple cards, with all-new categories. The basic trend I've seen in the cards so far is that a lot of them are pairs of adjectives (green apple cards) or nouns (red apple cards). This adds an exciting new twist to the gameplay, as the validity of both members of the similar pair have to be evaluated. Examples of pairs: "A fool & his money", "Beauty & the Beast", and "Black & Blue." Overall, a great buy.

This product is amazing. We own the whole set as well as adding our own personalized cards. (I have just given my daughter one to take to college with her.) We have introduced many friends to this game and often give it as a gift. The whole family would recommend it as a must have.

We bought this game and played it immediately. A fun game for all. Everyone laughed and there is an interesting combination of words that are included. The best part is that the game is never the same.

This game was great! I am a high school teacher and used it as a team building-conflict resolution exercise, and the kids thought it was "Fun Friday," a reward for having a great week and staying on task.

A great game for any party or get together. We play it as a family with my wife and our 11 and 8 year old. We laugh the whole time and usually cannot put the game away because we are having so much fun.

Apples to Apples is an awesome game. I highly recommend it to anyone. It is hours of laughs. If you play a lot, then the Party Expansion will give you more fresh material for this excellent game. To top it off, purchase the Party Crate in the wooden box. It helps protect your game and the box itself leads to inquires from guests which then lends to the fun.

I was introduced to Apples to Apples by my sister during the holidays. I immediately fell in love with the game! It is so much fun, especially when the choices are so far out and stretched. After playing the original awhile, though, some of the cards start becoming a bit predictable. Hence, the Expansion set. The Expansion set has many more nouns to use, and more importantly, more current nouns. I am sure that my family and I will have a blast with the game now that we have the added cards to play with. Everyone should get this game!
