I bought this game because I had heard of its reputation as a great game. I wasn't let down. This is a very fun game, great for all ages, and no one is eliminated. The rules are simple, but the strategy isn't lacking.

Settlers of Catan

When some friends invited us over for an afternoon of games, they told us they had this game they knew we'd love... they were right! Settlers of Catan has pretty easy to learn basics, and the strategy comes after playing a few times. In a world of a constant of barrage of video images coming at you, it's nice to find a game that challenges your mind yet is simple to use.

Great Choice

Our nephew and his family have really enjoyed learning and playing Settlers of Catan. They are really "in" to history as well as strategy games, so this is right up their alley.
