Although I wanted to be satisfied with this puzzle I was not. The sound does not always match the corresponding alphabet, and sometimes it just won't work at all.


	Of sweet sound to the ears - the manufacturer stands behind the quality of its products. Our customer received a replacement puzzle, courtesy of Melissa & Doug.

Not as clear a sound as I would like

I loved the idea of this alphabet. I am teaching an African woman English. I thought this would be a learning tool for her, but the sound quality is not clear enough to use for her. I really need to return the two alphabet puzzles to you for a refund. I cannot use them. Sorry.

The images behind the alphabet letters are a little confusing. It made it more difficult for the child to see where the letters go.
