It was a last minute Christmas gift item for my 4 year old niece. I did not expect the reaction I recieved from her. She absolutely loved it and spent most of the day playing with it. I would highly recommend this for a child who has a very vivid imagination.

I bought this and another puppet for my niece and nephew. I got video of them playing with their new puppets. They were so excited. They are 4 & 6 and have already asked their parents to call me repeatedly to say thank you. I am so pleased with this product. Plus, the fact that it isn't already destroyed means it's a quality product :)

The ballerina is adorable and so funny-looking (in the great way- the muppet way!). The dress is fantastic too. This is the 2nd ballerina i've bought here b/c my goddaughter's younger sister loved the first one. The only thing that slightly confused me & my goddaughter's mom was how the stick could fit onto the foot (which, from the photo on the tag, I think it's supposed to) -the hand has a little pocket that the stick fits into and is wrapped securely w/ velcro- which is great- but we couldn't find that on the foot. Either way, she's so cute and fun!

These puppets encourage imaginative and cooperative play. They fit a wide range of hand sizes and are easy for kids to use with a dowel to move one of the hands, which is interchangeable between the hands.

This was purchased as one of several Christmas presents for our granddaughter who just turned 3. She enjoyed the puppet when we made it talk and move for her. She may be a bit young to be able to manipulate the puppet at this time.

Our little girl loves to twirl ... and this, her first experience with a puppet, has been wonderful. She immediately took to her new friend, putting her arm in and spinning them both into a fantastic new world of imagination!

The ballerina was a big hit with the little girl who received it (as well as her parents and Grandpa!). Even at the bottom end of the age scale for recipients, she quickly picked up the idea and was quickly doing a reasonable job of manipulating the puppet. It may have helped that she is really into ballerinas at the moment and adores anything pink.

I bought this puppet to use in my first grade classroom. School began on August 20th and my kids love this puppet! Using a puppet is a fantastic way to keep 24 6 & 7 year olds attention. Two other teachers in my grade level are now wanting to order puppets to use in their rooms. I have to say that I have a ball myself when using the Ballerina puppet in class! My granddaughter is a "ballerina in training" and it turns out that all of the grandchildren from ages 4 thru 14 have had fun putting on shows with it. This puppet is a great toy. I have ordered a few more characters to go with it!

My daughter loves the ballerina and has started to wear a tutu when she plays with her. She has named her CoCo. The ballerina is very easy for a 2 1/2 year old to manipulate.

I love how my daughter has to use he creativity. As a teacher and mother, I see the correlation between kids who know how to play and great writers.
