The board is very nice if you want to hang it on the wall. However, the colors are very dark. It is hard to see the marbles. I bought different marbles that made it much better to see them. I'm not sure I would purchase this product again though.

I ordered this product as a piece of art actually. I hung it on the wall. It makes a beautiful wall decoration. I have also pulled it down and played it with my son. We had a great time. When I was finished, it went right back on the wall. Easy storage that way! I love it!
Nice board

The Chinese checkers board is very nice but the marbles leave something to be desired. It is almost impossible to tell the green and blue marbles apart. We had to use nailpolish to paint tiny dots on the green, then two dots on the blue. We'll be looking for new marbles for our game.

I have been looking for an older, original looking game board to hang on the wall of our new game room. I don't usually order items online as you are never sure you'll get. This is exactly what I had been looking for! It looks great as a decoration and has been fun to play too!

I thoroughly enjoy Melissa and Doug products. The only thing I would change about this game would be making the color of the marbles brighter. The clear marbles are hard to tell apart from the white and the green marbles. The board is beautiful, but the dark center really makes it hard to tell the color of the marbles when they are all mixed together. I am thinking of going out and trying to buy a cheap version of this game so I can replace the marbles.
