The wheels won't turn easily mostly due to a warped axle as well as the sides of the base are too low in relationship to the wheels, so the toy drags. The alligators chomp... if you push hard enough to turn the wheels a bit, but they don't clack. There is no adjustment for height so if our grandson grows, which he undoubtedly will, we can't raise the handle.
