Amusement for Toddlers

My three year old LOVES this puzzle! He puts it together over and over. We like this puzzle for the sturdy pieces that are quite large and not easily lost or mangled. Easy manipulated by understood by toddlers.
Good Quality Puzzle

Pieces fit together well, and with no confusion over whether it's the right piece. Pieces are thick and sturdy for younger kids. Inclusion of birds and horses, butterflies and mushrooms add details to areas surrounding the castle and make the puzzle a bit easier for little ones. Overall a good puzzle for toddlers. If I had one area for complaint, it might be that the overall artwork is a bit flat and inclusion of more characters or other details about the castle would give more fuel to young imaginations.

I bought two of these puzzles for an 8 year old and for a 5 year old. Both exclaimed over them and have enjoyed them. Upon inspection of them myself, they are strong durable pieces that will last for a long time. We are very satisfied.

I have been very impressed with all Melissa and Doug puzzles. The Fairy Tale Castle puzzle has been one of my daughter's favorites since receiving it. The pieces are very well made, and are thicker than other puzzles we have purchased in our local department stores. The graphics are very colorful and are helpful when putting the puzzles together. I highly recommend this puzzle for all little princesses who love puzzles.

My 3 year old granddaughter loves this puzzle! It is sturdy and beautiful. I am sure she will be enjoying it for years to come.

This product is perfect for my daughter, who is 4 years old. The pieces are very very study. She is able to assemble the puzzle by herself by referring to the picture on the box. Her 1 year old sister likes to take pieces out of the puzzle but cannot damage them. It's a wonderful independent or family activity. We have 4 Melissa and Doug puzzles that we like to assemble.

Melissa & Doug puzzles are superb. They are well made with nice picture content, etc. We have a collection of them. They make nice gifts too.
A Toddler Puzzle Pleasure

The fairy tale castle is another in the Melissa and Doug floor puzzle series. These puzzles are very sturdy and have very large pieces. Our 3 year old loves to work it over and over. While not as easy for him as the outer space puzzle, the fairy tale castle generally goes together quickly and is sturdy enough to withstand repeated forcings!
