Surprisingly sturdy product. Very satisfying and solid sound when mallet hits ball. Mallets are a little long for shorter kids, but still usable. Wickets are a little tough to place in harder ground, but that's preferable to the thinner, flimsy ones in other kid's products.

This croquet set was a gift, so as a new toy it was really hot. I was disappointed in the plastic hoops. Thought for the price they could have been stronger. The mallets and the balls were of excelley quality.
