sturdy and very easy to assemble. I had it out of the box and done in less than 20 minutes. My 4 year-old daughter loves it and it's hefty enough for her to sit in. I originally wanted one with a lift-up tray, but realized that most of these won't actually lift up over a standard doll.

Where The Heck Are The Screws?

The chair arrived without any screws or other hardware to assemble. (Note from Fat Brain Toys: Understandably, this chair situation shouldn't be left sitting -or unsitting, depending on how you look at it. We contacted the manufacturer, Melissa & Doug. Appropriate hardware is being shipped promptly for our customer.)

I adore Melissa & Doug products and this one did not disappoint. The chair is very sturdy and it looks so nice, I don't mind having it in the family room. My daughter absolutely loves it!
For some reason, it did not come with directions for assembly (not that I ever read them!) , but it really was easy to assemble.

The high chair is very well made and extremely sturdy. Assembly was easy, except that one piece did not line up correctly and actually separated from the base of the chair. I don't think it is going to interfere with function, and it cannot be seen, but it is a gift which has not yet been used, so if a problem later, I will have to return it.

We Love This Doll High Chair

If you are looking for a high chair for your child's dolls this is the one to buy. It's beautiful and sturdy. It came partially assembled, so putting it together is a snap. I did a thorough search for a chair that would accommodate my 8 year old daughter's large dolls,(and was not made of MDF or plastic). I'm so glad to have ordered this one. The only way it could have been better is if it were pink.

The high chair was exactly what I was hoping for. It is something that my girls could use for a long time and something sturdy enough to last for my grandkids!

This will be a very nice doll high chair once I get the replacement part and can put it together. Very sturdy pieces and pretty flowers painted on it. Sweet and realistic.

I bought this for my 21 month old daughter for her doll to sit in while she is cooking in her pretend kitchen set. She loves the chair so much that she actually sat in the highchair herself a couple of times. I don't recommend for kids to do that, it is only made for the dolls. The color goes with everything. It was easy to assemble. It looks absolutely darling.

Wooden High Chair

The chair was easy to assemble and all parts, including the allen wrench, were included. Unlike with some other products I've assembled, the metal anchors that the screws screwed into were very firmly in place, so even with considerable tightening they didn't work loose at all. The chair was a birthday present for my niece who, after the tray was removed, jumped up in the seat herself. Even though the chair is designed for dolls, it was more than sturdy enough to hold her. It remains to be seen how well it will last after she's had it for a few months, but I suspect she won't be able to put a dent in it.
