This make-your-own puzzle is a wonderful rainy day activity. My daughter chose it herself from the website. We did not use the gooey paints for the puzzle, instead my daughter used the markers and stickers. The markers were a bit dry and did not last long. Bonus of this item: You get 2 puzzles. If you mess up on the first try, you have another, or you can give the other to a sibling!

This is an excellent product. it is a perfect party favor and in fact can be used as a gift as well. My five year old son and all of his friends, ages ranging 3-8, boys and girls were psyched.

My daughter had these at her 4th birthday party. She loved it and my 2 year old did too. These were easy and made great party favors! Great quality too.

My niece turned 4 and I gave this to her as one of her gifts, she loves it! It's a great arts & crafts project, would recommend this puzzle!
Need to take the words "party favor" off the title.

Bought it for my grandson. His mother is an artist, and now he can be one too! Plus he loves being able to take his "art" apart and put it back together. You need to take the words "party favor" off the title. It CAN be used as a party favor, but it's a great gift item.
Great Idea, But Dried Out

I was really excited about this party favor idea. I bought them for my son's 4th birthday party. Unfortunately in each kit, 2 of the 4 paints were dried out and the markers were pretty dried out as well. The kids still had a good time with painting, though they didn't have access to the full set of art options. I did call Melissa and Doug. They were happy to send me replacement paints and markers. This was after the party. The kids had taken their kits home, so the replacement offer was not very useful.

I USED AS PARTY FAVORS FOR MY CILD'S 4TH BITRHDAY AND IT WAS A GREAT SUCCESS. THE KIDS AND PARENTS LOVED IT

My 3 year old lloves puzzles and has mastered all the one's we have. This one has been a little more challinging. She is able to paint and draw her own designs and it challenges her to the fullest. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for something diffrent, fun and challinging.
Useful Party Favor

I bought these puzzles as party favors for my son's 6th birthday party since I wanted useful and educational things that didn't cost too much. The kids were amazed to get something that looked so special. Some of them asked twice if they could really take them home! We tried our leftover one out this morning and had fun. You get two puzzles with the same die pattern, so we tried combining the two different ones we made in different ways (half and half, alternating, etc.) All in all I think they worked out really well. I felt a lot better spending $5 on each of these than spending any money on quantities of disposable plastic stuff.

Melissa and Doug always have great quality toys. These are party favors for our 4 yr old's party. Much better than a bunch of silly throw away favors. I love that it is a craft activity and everything you need is included.

I used this for a party favor for my 4 & 5 year olds birthday party. Not only did it serve well as a party favor, it was immediately used as a craft. I liked this item because it wasn't a usual party favor such as candy and a few novelty toys. The puzzle is something that can be used over and over.
