The puzzle looks good. He likes playing with it, but some letters don't fit in easily.

We love the ABC Chunky puzzle, which was purchased for the public library. Even though we just got it, the puzzle has gotten quite a bit of use from our "curious kids".

Our 1 1/2 year old really likes it. He tries to name the letters as he puts them in. Good size for his hands. Great colors and pictures. Only improvement would be having the letters cut out with more detail. Several letters fit in other letters spots due to generalized shapes.

Just wish the paint didn't come off/look worn on M and D products.

I bought this for my 2 1/2 year old son, and he absolutely loves it! He wants to play with it daily and he is already able to identify some of the letters. I would recommend this product to anyone with toddlers.

Beautiful puzzle. Strong construction. Good colors. My two year old grandson loves puzzles. He likes the challenge of many pieces and different shapes. He has other Melissa and Doug puzzles that he likes.

I really like the puzzle and my daughter really enjoys it. I love the fact it is hand made, my only concern is if the paint has lead in it or not, since it was made in China. I think it is nice and colorful and keeps her attention really well. We put it together, and she dumps the letters off to start again, and can do this all night!

This is a great educational toy! The size of the pieces are perfect for our toddler to manipulate.

I was disappointed only by the Made in China sticker on the back. Big, bright, wood letters easily maneuvered into position. My almost 2 year old did most of the letters without any guidance.

It is wonderful! My grandchildren love the big letters and it's so easy for them to do. They really get a sense of accomplishment when they can put the pieces in.

This is another great product from Melissa and Doug. The quality is great. My 3 kids love it. My two year olds love the chunky letters that fit perfectly in their hands, and my almost 4 year old loves to take the letters and spell things. The letters are easy to fit into the correct spot with little frustration for the 2 year olds. Underneath each letter is an exact match of what goes on top so it is easier to find where each one belongs. The colors are vibrant and the pictures keep the kids interested.

This is a colorful product and the pieces are easy to pick up. My 18 month old son loves this puzzle. It's a great way for us to sit together, sing our ABC's and start learning the names of the letters.

I am so glad to have finally found an ABC puzzle that has the actual ABC letter printed under the puzzle piece instead of a picture of an animal or object beginning with the letter. This helps greatly in the matching process of puzzle piece to board placement. The size of the letters is great. They stand up on their own which is excellent as the letters can be played with outside of the puzzle board. I also like that the pieces are easy to place. My little one gets to concentrate more on letter identification instead of becoming frustrated with trying to fit the pieces in the puzzle. The pieces seem to slide right in their place!

I think that the quality of Melissa and Doug products is very high, and they offer unique puzzles and toys for children. This is a nice puzzle. It features a lot of the same art work as the alphabet nesting stack blocks. What I like about the puzzle is that for each letter it has 2 of the letter sounds in the picture. For example, for E, and elephant is holding an egg, and for D, a duck is wearing a diamond. A great educational buy!
