Right theory, poor execution

The board itself is warped, this causes the magnets to easily fall off the board. The bottom section is fine, however the annoying issue with the top board is unacceptable.
What an irresponsible way for a Responsibility chart to behave. The good news - we're affixed to your full satisfaction. A replacement for the defective Magnetic Responsibility Chart was promptly shipped to this customer. Please visit the Returns & Exchanges center for details.
