I myself am not impressed. I do not like the velcro. I find the hairy pieces of the monster parts get caught up in it. Things do not stick as strong as they should. My daughter is 2, so I knew I would be working the puppet, but I thought it would be easier for her to put on eyes etc. Not impressed one bit.
Sounds as if he's a doing his monster gig well - being hideous and misbehaving. Bah. That's nothing. He's a puppet in our hands. We provided our customer information for a replacement or refund of hideous monsta. Please visit the Returns & Exchanges center for details.)
