Mighty Builders Fire Truck

This is the second Mighty Builders item I've purchased. The first one was for my nephew. He enjoyed putting it together so much, I decided to give him another one. The directions are very easy to follow for a young child (7 years old). I would not hesitate to continue buying all Mighty Builders in the series.

My husband and 4-year old son built this in one day! That includes learning new words and shapes and how to follow directions.

It's a cool toy but my 5 year old couldn't do it by himself. There are alot of pieces and 21 step. Also, the holes and screws do not always line up so it takes more force to get the screws in. The box says for 6 and up so maybe I just bought it too early, although my son has been taking things apart with a screwdriver since he was two. We had fun assembling it together but I was hoping it would be something he could do on his own.

Fire Truck

Our grandson couldn't wait to put the fire truck together. It was a great project for father and son after all the packages were opened.

This was a fantastic hit. After spending time with his Dad building the truck, within moments he and his brother were pretending to put out the fire in the pellet stove. I'm planning on buying the garbage truck or the tow truck for his brother's birthday.

The only thing my son asked for for Christmas was a fire truck. We have had really great experiences with Melissa and Doug products and when I saw this fire truck on your website I knew he would love it. He does. Also, my husband had a great time putting the product together.

My 4 year old son loves building things with Lego so I figured I'd get him this. He had so much fun putting it together and playing with it afterwards.

My 2 1/2 year old loves the fire engine but we had a diffucult time with the instructions not being clear enough. We still havn't gotten the fire truck to be perfect but our son loves it nontheless.

I was able to put the truck together with a minimum of difficulty and enjoyed doing so. It is as I expected.
