All the parts were there, it was easy to follow the instructions and assemble it with and for my three year old grandson, who just loves it!

My son thought it was great. We've got it up on a shelf in his room. He's showing everyone he can his new race car that he built with his Dad. He loves it. I love that it's wooden and going to last long enough for him to pass it on to his kids.

Overall, it's a good kit. The car looks great. The pieces fit snugly. Holes alligned perfectly. Instructions were clear. Why only a 3 star review? The screws.
The kit's wood screws had flat tips. Starting blunt-tipped screws into small-diameter holes was frustrating. Most screws took many starts to thread properly. Several started crooked but eventually straightened after lots of elbow grease.
I think regular, sharp-pointed wood screws would make this much easier to build.
