Very nice. Wooden box is sturdy. The wooden puzzle pieces are sturdy as well. Ordered 3 different themes of the Puzzles in a Box, all were very nice. Loved the vibrant colors. My kids (ages 2-4) all enjoyed them.

Cute Puzzles

This was purchased for my 3 year old grandson, who loves dinosaurs. I'm a strong believer in puzzles for children; they help with eye-hand coordination and reasoning skills. So this was a no-brainer puchase. The colors are vivid and the pictures are adorable. The box has four compartments and each compartment holds the pieces to one puzzle. I was pleased to find a mark on the back of each piece to help in sorting the pieces into the four groups of puzzles. The box top provides the frame for a puzzle, but since the pieces are wooden, the puzzles can be put together easily without the frame. My grandson enjoyed putting the puzzles together and his one-year-old brother enjoyed playing with the pieces. This was a very good purchase.

Our 2 and 1/2 year old grandson loved this. It occupied his attention for a lunch that took almost 2 hours! Great for the airplane!

Perfect for your little dino lover

Not only are the puzzles great fun for a dino lover - the box itself is fun for him to put the puzzles in and out of! The small number of pieces per puzzle are the perfect challenge for our just turning 3 year old. It also helps that each dino is a different color in case all the pieces get mixed up!

dinosar puzzles

i bought two of these dinosaur puzzle sets, one for my 2 and a half year old son, and the other for his cousin. (same age). Both boys really enjoy playing with them, and I enjoy putting them away in the box. Nice packaging design. Puzzles were a little bit smaller than I had envisioned, but for the price, they are great.

My three year-old daughter really likes dinosaurs, and she's just now getting into jigsaw puzzles, so this was a no-brainer. She was delighted when we gave it to her, and she's enjoyed playing with them ever since. As with all Melissa and Dough products, quality is top-notch, and the price was very reasonable for the four puzzles you get and the wooden box to store them in. Couldn't give this a higher recommendation!

Keeps my little one occupied while traveling or even at restaurants. I just love that it comes in its own little box and it had shapes on the back of each piece so we know which puzzle it goes to.

My two and a half year old son loves these puzzles. He needed some assistance at first, but is now able to complete them independently. I love that the they are compact and are perfect for travel.

I got this for my 2 yr old son, who loves dinosaurs and has recently started playing with puzzles. He loves playing with this set. However being that he recently turned 2, he needs help putting it together. My 4 yr old daughter plays with this too.

My almost 2-year old is fully entertained with thispuzzle. I can see how it will grow with him over the next couple of years. Its perfect for afternoons when he is restless and needs to focus. Its going to be a lifesaver on long flights, too!

We give this wonderful puzzle - 4 in for rides on the plane! It is very light for packing around and keeps our little boy occupied for a few minutes of rest (for us)!

MagnaTiles are terrific for encouraging imagination and spatial intelligence. My 5 year old likes to build rockets and ships. However, adult assistance is needed to design the structures, and it is somewhat hard to play with them after they are built because they are relatively unstable. Having said that, we keep buying more MagnaTiles so that our son can built larger structures. It would be better if the tiles had a little more variety in sizes.

The perfect set of puzzles for a) a dinosaur-holic and b) a toddler new to jigsaw puzzles. The frame is a great feature, helping my daughter transition to jigsaws.

I really enjoyed the puzzles. They are the perfect size and can take it on the go...most importantly, my nephew loves it and plays with it all the time and he's learning at the same time!
