I was really disappointed to receive a dysfunctional product! With new batteries, I put the number 0 in and it said that I had put the number 10. Most of the numbers were mismatched. Sometimes the puzzle spoke when no one was putting pieces in, much less touching it.
We've got your number. We assisted our customer with a replacement puzzle. Please visit the Returns & Exchanges center for service that adds up to excellent.
