The Peek-a-Boo Bear is adorable! My one year old enjoyed playing with it in the car and got the hang of the hands within a minute or two.

Cute, But There Are Better M & D Toys
Posted 3/20/2008 by Ian's Mom

Rating:

This toy is absolutely adorable. Its paws flap over its eyes. It makes a great sound. Its colors are high-contrast. It just doesn't twist or turn or clack or go together and come apart, unlike all the other Melissa & Doug toys I've purchased. My 7 month old son loves to chew on it, but I think it will be a long while before he finds it fun to manipulate. We've played peek-a-boo with me flapping the little paws, but honestly a cloth held in front of my face does the same thing for less money. It isn't quite up to the level of other Melissa & Doug toys as an interactive, fun toy. This is a really cute toy, but the Quacker Clacker or the Clacking Key Ring are better playthings, and hence a better value.

A rating of Peek-a-Boo Bear

Rating:

This was very interesting immediately to my 6 month old grandson. The size is easy for him to grasp. I think that the bright face is attractive to him. He is still too little to operate the hands but will grow into that part. For now he likes to chew on it and look at the face.

My rating of Peek-a-Boo Bear

Rating:

It is a winner for my grandson because so many of its sides fit nicely into his mouth. The arms are cleverly attached so the peek-a-boo feature is easy to use.

Peek A Boo Panda
Posted 3/7/2007 by Michelle Welch

Rating:

Fun toy for young toddlers. My daughter loves the clicking sound the panda makes when his hands cover his eyes. When she uncovers them, I say "peeek!" and giggles ensue.

Cute and Fun Little Toy

Rating:

My twins love panda bears and play with their stuffed ones all the time, so this toy looked like a sure bet. They both enjoy playing with it. The high contrast black-and-white is very attractive to them, and they are fascinated with the clicking sound it makes. Great Melissa & Doug quality.

Peek A Boo Bear
Posted 12/13/2006 by stephanie hill

Rating:

The quality is great, as with most Melissa and Doug toys. My only real complaint is it is for 6+ months and there is no way my 6 month old could operate it properly. Maybe it will loosen some in time. For now she loves chewing on it!
