Lasting appeal. The stacking part can be entertaining for a 9 month old and pull-along bit for the older, walking toddler. Problems: The string may be too short- it's attached to the bottom piece, so if you lift up too much, it tends to topple everything. Also, the wheel base is narrow. It's not real stable to walk around the house with, and sometimes ends up on its side.

My 13 month old loves this toy. It is another perfect Melissa and Doug toy. It is a sturdy, durable toy that can be used by multiple children.

I love Melissa and Doug wooden toys. This one is colorful, simple, adorable. And pull-toys are a classic. Always a hit! Good quality, fair price.
