I really love this toy. I wanted a toy that would keep by baby occupied on an airplane ride, and keep her attention during playtime for the next few months. I'm so tired of anything that requires batteries, but I still wanted a toy that could do something. This toy is highly entertaining. It makes a great fun noise and is painted in fun colors. There are a few different ways to get the mouth of the duck to 'quack'. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because my daughter wanted me to help her make the duck quack instead of doing it herself. We have only had it for a week, so maybe she will start getting the hang of it soon.

A great toy for a 6 month old. Bright colors. Solid and sturdy. Makes a great noise.

I love the fact that this item is not plastic. I feel good about my son sinking his teeth into it. He enjoys the vivid color. He could easily grip it at 6-7 months old. However, it is quite heavy. Watch your toes if your child releases toys from their grasp!

I bought this as a grasping toy for my 5 month old son. He can't yet shake it enough to get the clacker going but he enjoys sucking on the duck's bill! We shake it for him and he laughs. He enjoys examining it and figuring out how the rings move. We were impressed with the quality of the toy. It is a nice change from the many plastic toys out there, and its design goes to show that you don't need batteries and flashing lights to make a baby want to explore something.
