Pieces and instructions missing. Pictured set up on box and separate picture provided in box were not the same, did not have all the pieces to construct track as advertised. Track pieces were numbered in the instructions but did not provide corresponding numbers on the bags so identifying tracks was a guessing game. Wood track seemed to use different materials resulting in uneven track assembly. Paint already chipping from train cars.


	Apparently, serious derailment happened in production of this specific train set! Luckily it was purchased from us! We follow through in engineering full satisfaction. We contacted both the manufacturer and the customer to clear up the wreckage and ensure prompt arrival of new railway setup. Please pull into the Returns & Exchanges station for details.

Review of Wooden Railway Set

Disappointed! To make a circle, it takes 9, not 8, short curved tracks, meaning they are 40 degrees instead of 45. The only reason this ends up working when one puts the tracks down for a 90 turn is that the connections have a lot of slop, which in turn means that the trains derail very easily. Also, the rotary table arrived off-center so it didn't turn. I bought this railway system because I liked the 5 train "garage" with the rotary table feature.


	We contacted Melissa & Doug for this customer. This customer was sent a replacement rotary table piece.
