The product came incorrectly packaged, axle was installed without the wheel attached and could not be removed to place the wheel on the bike. The manufacturer of the Ybike was contacted and during a thirty minute conversation admitted this was defective in the companies procedures. Contacted Fat Brain [ ] I was called back and told I would receive a refund for the bike and instructed to throw away the bike, I did without remorse.
We sincerely regret this highly unusual circumstance. As noted, our customer was fully refunded for the defective product.
