Pulled this out of the box and literally gasped at how beautiful this toy is. It is absolutely stunning. The colors are great - not bright or obnoxious but subtle and earthy. The pieces are heavy and sturdy. I appreciate the thicker center rod which is great so my 7 month old doesn't choke on it when she's putting it in her mouth. I thought long and hard about this purchase because for a stacking toy I though the price was high. However, I think it's totally worth it because I believe this toy is heirloom quality. Can't recommend it enough!

I was very disappointed when I opened the box, the stacker looks so vibrantly colorful on the site and on the box, but the actual piece looks very pale. The yellow color cannot be seen at all. It looks like the color of the wood, to a child's eye it is impossible to figure out. The green is also very pale. One of the things that the company suggests is color recognition. I am going to return this item ....so sorry.

Purchased this toy for my nephew for Christmas. He is a little young to play with it, but the adults were thrilled with the quality of the toy. The colors and the ease and difficulty in the use of the toy. I am very pleased with the toy.

The Puzzle Stacker is a lovely toy with a nice feel to it. It's real, solid wood in rich colors. Whenever my son sees it, he rushes over to dump the rings off the post. I think that every baby should have a stacking toy, and I like this one more than the plastic toys I normally see.
One thing that I am slightly dissatisfied with is that one of the rings is not as well sanded/sealed as the rest, so it has a rough spot on it. I don't think it's likely to splinter, but it certainly does not feel as nice as the rest of the toy.

My daughter is 26 months old and is really enjoying this toy. She likes to take all the rings off and seperate them and try to figure out how to put them together and back on. My neice who is 6 y/o also really enjoyed playing with it even though she is out of the age range. It is definitely something I would like to keep around until she has children and I only save a very few toys.

I bought the wooden stacker toy for
my grand daughter 's first birthday. Very well constructed toy. Her big sister, age four also enjoys playing with it.

We gave this to our 19 month old son and he loves it. It will hold his attention for a good 30 mins and there are endless ways to stack and restack it. I would highly recommend.
