Good for Downhill Otherwise A Disappointment

I didn't think the plasma car worked as advertised. Maybe if you have access to a smooth, flat surface such as a gym this would be a lot of fun, but mostly it was disappointing to me and my 4 year old. He'll ride about anything though, and he did a lot of pushing it around using his feet. He also really enjoyed "riding" it on downhill stretches, but the side to side manuvering was difficult for him to gain any momentum. Seemed like he was constantly getting stuck on sidewalk cracks or on uphill stretches or in leaves, etc. It worked ok inside on our tile/ hardwood flooring, but I felt like he needed more room to get the thing going. Once outside, however, there just never seemed to be an ideal spot to get the car going. And in our experience, you needed an ideal spot. I don't think I would recommend this product.

Well, I was so excited about giving this to my five year old for his birthday, but we could never get it to work correctly. It seems like the front tire is not aligned correctly with the steering wheel, and one of the back tires keeps coming off. Such a bummer because he was really excited and interested as was his older brother. I am planning on calling to discuss options for returning it this week.

Product review of PlasmaCar

The product is not working. Not sure what is wrong. It is very different from my friends plasma car.


	It appears that the mobile unit received has a rare form of PlasmaCar Vehicular Mutation [PSCRVM]. We are sending a replacement PlasmaCar immediately. Plasma Car

I will be sending the PlasmaCars back. I purchased them for my nephews. I heard from a fellow worker that the grandkids absolutely love it. One of the steering wheels did not stay in place. The other car didn't move very well.

I gave the PlasmaCar to my 4 year old grandson for his birthday. It is quite difficult for him to ride. I observed that his neighbor friends were having difficulty as well.


	Though PlasmaCar drivers improve dramatically in a short time, we'll never steer you wrong. Any purchase that just doesn't get the wheels turning in playtime may be returned for an exchange or refund. Please visit the Returns & Exchanges center for details.

Disappointing

I have seen wonderful reviews for this toy, but ours was a dud. Our children are 5 and 7, very light, and not hard on toys, but after one 3 minute trip outside on the sidewalk, the plasma car does not function and goes very slowly in a crooked line. My husband has tried to adjust it according to the directions, but no luck. Due to the cost of this toy, I am very frustrated.


	We contacted our customer with the option of a replacement for the defective plasmacar.

My 2 grandchildren, ages 7 and 9 have tried the car. It works, but not as well as expected.
