This Playmobil was extremely easy to put together. Some of their products require more time and patience to assemble. My niece loves this one.

My one-year-old daughter loves to play with toy people, and it was nice to find a set with girls that wasn't all about princesses. She can already make the people go down the slide, sit on the bench, and ride the dino. I think we'll get lots of mileage out of this toy.

At fifteen months, He likes to take the flower apart. has learned to snap some parts onto the platform. Purchased a Treehouse Step 2 slide to reinforce the concept. Really enjoys the play characters.

My 20-month old daughter likes it a lot. I got her two playmobils, this one and the meadow one. She ususally spends no more than 5 min on any of her toys. But she can play with these playmobil pieces by herself for quite a while. All the pieces are simple plastic with no lights or sounds, but I guess it encourages imaginative play, which makes it more enduring in play value than the other battery operated toys.

This set is great for toddlers & preschoolers, as you get three well-made people. My 2yo can usually get the people on the dinosaur ride and loves putting them on the slide. The dinosaur spins and rocks, so more fun there! Items are colorful and durable.
Great toy for imaginative play and testing gravity

I bought this set as the start of my son's Playmobil collection. He's 17 months right now, but these cute plastic figures will last him a long time. He can't yet manipulate the people onto the rocking dinosaur, but he understands how it works and brings it to me to fix, and then promptly pulls off the little person so I have to fix it again. He loves pushing things down the slide - even things that aren't part of this Playmobil set, like Duplo blocks and Cheerios.
He can manipulate the flowers although his favourite thing to do with them is pull the flower off the plant and put it in his mouth. The flower is technically too big to be a choking hazard, but I've removed it until he's a little older. (The issue with the flower is why this is getting 4 points and not 5.)
And of course, all items, especially the people, have been tested for their projectile and aerodynamic abilities. Thus far none bounce quite as well as his balls, but he remains optimistic and tests that theory daily.
We will be buying more Playmobil 123 sets, they're great quality, attractive for tots and cute enough to appeal to parents.

Played with playmobil as a child and am excited to buy them now for my own family. The are durable and longlasting. It stimulates creativity and imagination, role play and problem solving.
