Very disappointed with the small sizes of the horses, [The mare is 5 inches]. I should have paid more attention to the description.

My daughter had a fun time painting the horses. And since they are plastic she can display them AND play with them too.

I got this for my 10 year old cousin and she loves it. Actually, she loves horses so that fact that she can paint her own made her happy.

Review of Breyer Mare & Foal Painting Kit

This product has multiple levels of enjoyment, because first it is a creative art project that horse-loving children can actually use for play after they've painted them. The kit includes a guide for different colors of horses, or they can paint them whatever color they want.
