penguins on ice & IQ twist

I collect educational toys and I love both of these.Matter a fact I take them to work with me and I proud to say I have others now buying these toys. Can't waite until you get IQ cabin 202 !!! (or any of the other smart games) I leave the games out at my house and friend can't put them down.

Review of Penguins on Ice

Based on the concept of pentominoes (variations of five squares in 12 possible configurations) but also includes the transformation of one into another. I love activities that are more than they seem at first! Solutions to the problems require changing the shapes as well as finding how they will fit together. Advertised entry level age may be a bit low with the shape-shifting requirement.

Great Game

This game was for a ten year old. The puzzles are challenging, yet the guide in the back provides help when needed. Adults use this game many times as well. Since the game pieces can shift, the game provides a more interesting twist.
