We're always pleased with Safari Ltd. figures. I was excited to find the Fairy Toob at Fat Brain Toys. Unfortunately, since the figures are handpainted, the particular toob I received wasn't up to par in the paint job, to no fault of Fat Brain. Fat Brain's customer service was excellent, as we've all come to expect, and promptly refunded our money. We do have the full size Fairies and they are beautiful.
