My son (13 mo.) loves to pull things while walking around the house: bags, brooms, whatever. He really likes the dog on a string, and pulls him all around. It makes a little noise, but it's not annoying.

She rarely plays with it. I think it's because of the really weird barking noise of this toy. It startled her (she's 22 months) when she first tried to play with it.
