My daughter is very interested in human science and wanted to learn more about the placement of organs. She LOVE the feel of the toy - hard bones, squishy organs and learning about how the body works and what the organs look like. This is a wonderful human model and something she can use alone or with a grown up to learn more. Fat Brain toys offers only the best - thank you!

This was given to two boys aged 9 and 12. According to their mother, they both played with this quite a bit....They are both very smart and this was very interesting to them. I also bought the model of the human heart and this was an even bigger success.

we purchased this for our 4 year old, he took it to his school (Montessori) and they kept it for a learning tool. We had to purchase another for hime to keep and play with at home.
He loves it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the product. I bought it for my 7 y/o grandson who is very smart, but it was difficult for him to understand. I would stick to the suggested age of 8.

Fun, Educational Puzzle!

We bought this for our 5 1/2-year-old son, who has been asking questions about how the body works. He LOVES taking the skeleton and organs out, then putting the body back together like a puzzle. He is interested in hearing what the organs do, too-- All-in-all, and excellent educational toy!!

I bought this for my 6 yr. old grandson for Christmas. He is so interested in pictures of the workings of the human body. I can't wait for him to actually have something other than a book to study. Will give full review then.

Picks up lint, but very cool toy.

This toy's packaging is excellent. The toy itself is very educational and fun to play with - the body, the book, the tools, etc. Only potential problems are: the pieces pick up lint very easily; adults need to take it apart first because my little one broke off a peg inadvertently; and of course it's easy to lose the parts. Maybe add another tool as well.

This is a great teaching toy for someone learning about the human anatomy. My 11 year old daughter bought this with her birthday money. She has always wanted to be a nurse when she grows up and is interested in a all things anatomy. When it arrived she played with it for almost 3 hours straight. She has a lot of anatomy books, but really learned from and enjoyed the hands on approach. My 14 and 3 year old daughters were also interested in it, but not as much as the maybe future nurse was. My husband even played with it for awhile.

I think my 7 year old grandson was too young for this toy. His 8 year old brother seemed more interested, but also on the young side. He took all the body parts out and then shoved them back in in no particular order.

It's for a Christmas present, so my niece hasn't opened it yet, but I imagine that she "won't put it down." It is of better quality than I expected.
