Fun, but be prepared!

This is a really great and unique gift for kids and adults but it's important to be prepared for the set up. I am saying this for those of you who are buying this for Christmas and will want to put it up that day--you may need to make additional purchases! A few things that are very important to note: make sure you have trees that are the correct distance apart and will be able to support the necessary weight. But you must keep in mind that if the trees are large you will most likely have to buy an extension--this seems a bit ridiculous to me---the toy obviously requires a sturdy tree which would generally mean it is also a big tree. We had to call the manufacturer and spend $30 having the extension sent overnight. (We had a very specific deadline like most parents/relatives!) Once my husband put up the Fun Ride Deluxe, it was awesome!! It was fast and exciting and the kids absolutely loved it. It was also a tremendous amount of fun for the adults! It's a great gift to perhaps set up first--and then surprise the kids--because you may need extra items which will need to be shipped. I think it would be very disappointing for a child to open the present and then have to wait a week to have it put together. Great toy!

An absolutely wonderful toy! Our grandchildren love it! Even this Grandma gave it a try. My son had no problem installing it.

Fun Ride Delux & zipfy

I have been looking for the fun ride and feel confident it is very safe because it is for special needs persons. Also the zipfy sled is the best safe toy designed for special needs persons. Now they too can be out with the rest of the gang knowing they are safe.

definite fun ride

The kit is the best way to go when putting up a zip line. The directions were easy enough to understand and it did not take a lot of time putting it up. We did add a protective tubing around each tree. Our children are 6 & 8 and are thoroughly enjoying the product.

Fun with Gravity

We haven't had time to put up the Fun Ride yet, but our kids played for hours with Fun Ride at our friends' party. We got the delux because it was rated to carry more weight, and we grownups want to try it too!

Since we put up the Fun Ride Deluxe, our 8 year old stays outside ALL DAY on the weekends. It's pretty high so we had to make a platform for her to be able to reach it. The adults love riding the zip line just as much as the kids do! Lots of family fun! We had to buy an extension to go around one of our trees. The orginal line is made for trees 3 feet around or smaller. (Ours was 7 feet) It was an easy thing to fix though.

This zip line is a great toy for three active boys. Adult supeervision is a must and be sure to have a soft landing spot. We used the leaves and pine needles we picked up in our fall cleanup.
