The cash register's talking is very annoying! It plays a goodbye message when it's idle for a minute or 2. Just when you thought you could sneak away, it reminds your child to come back. Then it says "welcome back." Other phrases are "credit approved" after each swipe of the credit card, and it says all the # and function keys of the calculator part. My child now says "kivided by" which is what the machine sounds like when it repeats "divided by." The scanner doesn't work that well and the bar code labels do not stay on items. The cash drawer never opens- I have to pull it open every time for my child. Surprisingly, the scanner makes no noise.


	Fun should always pay out with a toy cash register! At our request, the manufacturer is sending a replacement for the defective Cash Register.
