I bought this product (farm) for my son and the tranportation version for my nephew. They are both nearly 2 years old. It is a pretty good for toddlers and they seem to like it, but it doesn't keep their attention for more than a few minutes. Maybe they are too young yet. The farm sounds are not as distinct as the those of the transportation puzzle. Also, it doesn't come in a fully-enclosed box so the pieces are hard to keep track of. Since the plastic insert was discarded with the gift wrapping, we decided to put them in a sepreate zipper bag. Only, now the puzzle just makes random noises every time someone passes by it. A little alarming, but OK. I discovered, through this, that you can simply touch the nailheads in each cutout in order to hear the sound that corresponds to the picture. A great thing, if you have three little ones who are great at hiding things. At least they can play with it even if they lose a piece. Overall, it's pretty good. It would be a great product if it could hold the child's attention without startling the parents.

Very easy to pick up by my little son (11 months), but the edges are rough. We need to use sandpaper to make it smooth.

I love the toy! The only problem was the dog made the cow sound and the cow made the dog sound. It is a great puzzle though. Fat Brain Toys is sending me a replacement.

This farm puzzle is great. Interactive, colorful and small enough to pack in the car. My girls just love it!

The toy is very well made. We liked the fact that the battery was included! Very important to us... my husband really likes the sounds the farm animals make, we think the horse is the most realistic.
