I had expected the toy to be self propelling. Since Aiden needs help to move his body, it is not what I expected to have to wind back the toy, jump back to help Aiden, and then the toy is almost done moving again.
Our loyal customer service team followed up. Follow Me Fred is indeed a sporadic pup. He moves a bit, then stops until the approaching child is within reach to touch him... which makes him move forward again. Our customer was offered a return or exchange.
