The kids traded in their Halloween candy for $20 to spend at Fat Brain. They were soooo excited. My 6 year old wanted the soda can robot. She and her dad put it together as soon as they could. She loves to show it off to all her friends. They all think it's really cool! I think the only reason she doesn't play with it constantly is because it is a bit noisey.

What if robot soda cans became self-aware and took over the world?

This kit is the first step toward the utopia. It takes a ready-for-the-recycling-or-worse-yet-trash-bin soda can and makes it into a bug that moves itself via vibrations. Easier to put together than, say, a Tamaya 'mechanical' model (I think there were a total of 8 screws in this kit). Fun stuff!

I bought this for my 9 year old nephew. His father helped him put it together. I'm not sure if it's because he needed the help or if they just wanted to do it together but he loves it. He's only had it for a few days but he spends alot of time playing with it.

This Christmas gift was given to both my 10 year old sister and nephew. They both appeared to be excited to put the robug together.
