Grandson finds it frustrating to use. Once bug is captured, there is nothing preventing it from just crawling out as soon as vacuum stops. Capture cage has huge slot in back for spring, even a large ant simply walks through it. Had to put tape over back to contain bug. Small ants, forget it-several slots that they can escape from. Ending up buying a different brand.


	Don't let an ant problem bug you. This Bug Vac works best with larger insects. Any Fat Brain Toy that doesn't provide 100% satisfaction may be returned. We contacted our customer, promptly. Please visit the Returns & Exchanges center for details.

Disappointing

We were so excited to get this product after seeing it on the Today show. I found it online at this website and ordered it for my almost 4 yr old son. We live on 20 acres in the country, so we have plenty of bugs to suck up, that is, if the bug vac would suck them up! I don't know if it is the rounded snout or the strength of the vacuum, but most bugs will not go into the clear chamber. They get caught in the snout and then fall out because they won't go all the way into the chamber. My son played with the bug vac about half of the day when we got it, and due to the frustrating time to get a bug where it needs to go, he has not played with it again. I feel like we wasted $ on this toy that we could have spent on two or three smaller toys that he would actually play with.


	We contacted our customer to assist. If your Anteater has lost its appetite, something is amiss. Get this. A visit to our Returns & Exchanges center ensures everything turns snout just fine.
