Shadow Magic -- great fun

Bought this for my 7 year old daughter, and we have had a ball playing with it. The glow-in-the-dark screen stays illuminated for a couple minutes after being exposed to list. With the high-intensity light pen, she can "write" and design in glowing lines on the screen. The included controller also includes a flash, similar to a camera, and that's the real fun part. After being exposed by the flash, any shadow remains clearly for a few minutes afterwards. We've had fun making silhouettes and shadow figures and then stepping back to admire our work. My daughter uses toys and cutouts to make eerily illuminated scences.

This Is A Really Fun And Creative Toy

We bought this toy for our niece and nephew who are 5 and 3 years old. They were unfamiliar with the product. The box made no impression at all. Once they were shown what to do, it was a completely different story. They were really into it. Shrieking with delight and racing out of the room to find anyone they could to "come and see". We highly recommend it.

A 5 year old, in the dark, writing on the wall, with a flashlight that looks like a Buzz Lightyear apparatus.... What's not to like? The quality is excellent. After a little learning curve, we are having a ball with this. Only problem is it has to be dark. You can only use it at night and the kids want to use it all the time! Lots of fun!

All ages have played with this, from 5 to 70. Everyone loved it. They all had their own styles. The only caution, the smaller ones have to be reminded not to look at the light. Also, it works better when there is complete darkness.

The product works well as described. However, I thought the kids would play with it more than they do. The room has to be pretty dark (night time works best) and you have to be careful not be be looking directly at the light flash as it can definitely make you see stars.

I bought this for my 3 and 5 year old nephews. It is so dynamically cool, I am considering one for myself! The imagination and giggles the Shadow Magic elicits are priceless.

Great product! We saw this in several museums before and my two daughters loved it. When I saw it on Fat Brain Toys I purchased it hoping it may be similiar. It was the same and just as much fun!!
Very Cool Toy

Our 5 year old has had a blast with this. Especially drawing on the shadow with the pointer part of the strobe light after the image has been captured. One thing to keep in mind, it needs to be close to pitch black in the room for it to work. During the daytime, just closing the blinds isn't good enough. We hung it inside his closet door and it works great.
