I purchased this product as a gift for my 1-year old niece. She immediately began taking all the letters out and then trying to place them back in the slots. I opted for the primary colors model because we are teaching her color and letter recognition. She loves to take the letters from the board and match them to letters in her books.

The puzzle looks great. My two year old nephew began playing with it as soon as he got the paper off it. I bought one for his older brother a few years back, and the little one had to just watch his big brother play. Now they get to play with their name puzzles side by side. Their dad is as happy as they are because tears no longer follow when the puzzles are pulled out of the cabinet.

This isn't my daughter's favorite toy because she isn't into puzzles but I bought this because puzzles are important and I figured it would work on simple puzzle manipulating, letters, and spelling her name all in one. I love the quality of this puzzle. Best name puzzle I looked at in terms of learning value. The letters are not bubble and not squished together like some puzzles I saw- they are clear and distinct. Nice size too. Plan on gluing the letters down when she's older and hanging it on her door as a decoration.

The puzzle is well made and a good teaching tool for a young child to learn the letters in his or her name. I gave it to my grand daughter who is not yet two, and she is just learning to do puzzles. I expect she will have more fun with it as she gets just a bit older as her name is unusually long.

We ordered this puzzle for our almost 1 year old daughter so she can practice learning her name and get familiar with the letters in her name when she's older. I was torn between getting the bright or the pastel colored puzzles because I didn't want to get anything too "girly." We ended up going with the pastel puzzle and the colors are soft and very nice in person compared with how they looked online (which seemed a bit washed out to me.) Our daughter likes taking the puzzle pieces out and banging them together and I'm sure it will serve its purpose when she gets older to help her know the letters in her name in a fun, engaging way. Terrific puzzle.

I bought two of these - one for a friend's son and one for my daughter. They arrived quickly and in time for the birthday party. I got the boy's name in primary colors and my daughter's in pastels. It's a great size and looks wonderful. My friend loved it but I haven't heard back if her son has played with it yet. I'm waiting to give mine to my daughter in a month for her birthday. My only concern is that they both may be too young for it - turned 1 years old. Not sure if the paint is safe and will hold up after being put in the mouth - they are at that age. But I'm planning to use this as the birthday gift for all my friends and nieces turning 1 this year.

The puzzle arrived at our door faster than expected and the puzzle itself looks very nice. The letters were in great shape and fit great into the puzzle. We just gave this to our son for his birthday last night and he was carrying it around the whole house this morning. This is a great educational tool to learn how each piece fits into the slot at the same time learning how to spell her name. This is an item that once she outgrows maybe glued together and hung in her room as a plaque. Toys like these get passed down thru the generations.

This is the 5th name puzzle I have purchased for our 5th grandchild. We love the puzzles and the older grandchildren were so excited to see the newest puzzle for Myles. Myles is only 3 weeks old, so he has not played with it, but the 2, 4 & 5 year olds played with the already. Another granchild is only 6 months and all she does is take it apart. I am a retired Pre-K Teacher and wish the name was with a Capitol first letter and lower case other letters. Also the letter I should have bars across the top and bottom, not looking like a one or lower case l.

I gave this personalized puzzle to a one year old on his birthday. It is a great size for the little one and he loves playing with the letters. The quality is great and the colors (primary) are fun. I love how simple it is and yet still keeps his interest. Thanks!

Like all capital letters Appreciate thickness of puzzle board and letters Happy you offer pastel colors Package came quickly after being ordered It'a a Christmas gift so I can only guess as to the frequency with which it will be played with.
