Lazer Trip Wire

This is a pretty cool little device. It is a little difficult to get it aligned initially unless all of the units are in the same plane. I have noticed that gravity and vibration will, over time, pull the emitters out of line. That is, however to be expected. If the joints were tight enough to prevent that, then it would be much more difficult to use. It performs just as it is supposed to. My daughter has set it up in the upstairs hall, so she can tell when someone is approaching. If I try to shut it off to sneak up on her, the alarm sounds because the beam stops. She's loving it.

The product works as stated. My child started using it the day she received the gift and has really enjoyed playing with it. It's a little tricky to align the laser signal so I'd recommend the toy to children 8 years and older.

Lazer Tripwire

My sons, 8 and 6 years old, purchased this with money they saved up. They enjoy playing with it. The 6 yo gets frustrated sometimes trying to set it up, but the 8 yo generally has no problem. He read the directions on his own and figured it out by himself. We gave it just 4 stars because the battery cover is difficult to get on and off. In fact, that's the only thing I had to help with. The cover is in an awkward place.

My godson loved this gift! It's a bit hard to align lasers but once they are aligned, it's really cool.
