Even at about 10-15' away the quality is nearly at a point you can't use the product. Increased range degrades the product quality further.


	We contacted our customer to offer assistance. The manufacturer suggests insertion of new batteries. The walkie talkies may perform better outdoors.)

These items were purchased as gifts for my nephews. They loved them. Once the batteries were installed they would not put them down.

not very good

Pretty disappointed in this product. It did not work except for generating static. I did read other reviews - some were good some were bad - but I took a chance since I wanted to get my son the night vision glasses, (which he loves). I will say that customer service was great in helping me once I called with the problem. But I would pass on these.

The quality isn't what I expected. The range is low. And the sound has too much static.


	If it sounds like a replacement or exchange is in order- please switch onto help quick with a visit to our Returns & Exchanges center. We assisted our customer.

I also purchased this for my twin grandsons birthday, which is Aug. 31. They have not gotten the toys yet
