Okay, But A Few Problems
Posted 2/4/2008

Rating:

My four year old son gets frustrated because they don't stay together or stand up very well. I am pretty picky with toys, and I expected better from these.

Zolo-go-go / Modern Day Mr. Potato Head
Posted 12/6/2007 by Gunston Elementary

Rating:

I used this product with small groups of children that 5 and 6 year olds. There are enough parts for three children to use at one time, in my situation I had to group the students up in pairs in some cases. The children loved the Zolos, which are colorful, crazy, zanny little pieces! I highly reccomend using this toys for creativity and imagination building. The only downfall was the children needed help connecting the pieces though, which kept coming apart. In some cases I had to pry the pieces with alot of strenghth to get them to stay together. Perhaps they'll stretch with time.

A Great Toy for the Imagination
Posted 12/26/2007 by Jean Feil

Rating:

My 5-year-old daughter loves these toys. And I love watching her use her imagination to build outrageous creatures. We play with them together and create a whole zoo of lop-sided, oddly-shaped animals...and then send them to the grocery store to shop and gossip!

I bought this for my grandkids to play with when they visit. they are 2, 5, and 6 and they all seem to enjoy playing with it. So far it hasn't been a favorite, but that seems to change every time they come. I like the way they have to work on balance to get them to stand up.

I am an art teacher and new mother so I am looking for great art toys to add to my personal collection and to share with my students. I love the Zolos line of toys. They are fun open ended toys and remind me of Tim Burton movies. I use them in my classes as sculptures when we explore 3-D art. I also appreciate that they are not marketed to 1 gender or age range but can be enjoyed by girls, boys, children and adults. My husband likes them and he creates interesting combinations for our baby to look at.

Zolo-A-Go-Go

My kids love Zolo. Any child who comes to play is completely enamored of the toy. While they enjoy making silly figures or "aliens," the process helps them learn balance, how to build so that the structure will stand on its own etc .

I bought this with zolotopia and bugbonz for more fun. It was excellent purchase for my 2yr old son and us~! In fact, I love these toys to spend time with my son. He likes all the sticks and holes, especially the eye balls. Clorful and various shapes.
Some pieces have scraches and some holes doesn't fits well with sticks.

I like zolo series.

I bought zolotopia January. That is unique and creative.
My little son played with toys well.
So I bought agogo series after one month. Because It is compatible with topia.
Yes. I satisfy.
One kind of point to complain about toys is Stain. It doesn't remove.
But I like this toys so I will use Without exchange.

I teach American Sign Language and am using this product as a manipulative to get the concept of shapes and space in ASL. It is not being used as a toy.

Very good. Played from my 4-year old daughter but also from older children. Good plastics, beautiful colors and strange shapes make a toy that address the imagination and creativity of the children.

Very innovative toy. All ages above about 3 or 4 can enjoy this, even adults. My only negative is that many of the parts were shrink wrapped. This seemed like wasteful packaging to me plus was very difficult to unwrap them all.

Outstanding Toy!

The toy is fabulous. We got one more than 7 years ago and not one piece ever broke. I always wanted to get it for someone and I was so happy to see it on Amazon. I think I tried to put in zolo under toys in a search engine but came up empty. The toy is imaginative and colorful and I think it should be a standard in every child's room. I wish I had a chance to rate it for amazon. If there is a place to do that I would be happy to give it a recommendation on their site.
