Much to the joy of children, pedal cars were introduced in the 1920s. It was a real plane, the greatly loved 1941 Steelcraft U.S. Army Patrol Plane that inspired this pedal plane. It is made of the same heavy gauge steel, just like the original. It's been improved over the years with the addition of lots of shiny chrome! The windshield, steering wheel, exhaust ports, hood scoops, propeller, and hub caps are all chrome. When the plane is pedaled, the propeller turns. This plane comes in several color combinations and all of these planes come with a padded seat.

Yellow Jacket Airplane comes in a dark black trimmed with yellow graphics, with a newly designed padded seat.
Pretty in Pink Airplane comes in grey detailing, chrome trim pieces, and that 'oh so 50's' shade of pink that make this pedal plane a delight for your favorite little princess pilot.
