At first the beads were hard for my granddaughter to pop and unpop, but once she learned the trick of angling them, she doesn't have any problems

kinda hard to use!

I got these for my three year old daughter who enjoys stringing beads and sewing (she has a lot of practice, as a Montessori school kid). They are very pretty, she was really drawn to them. She loved the things that could be made with them, but she found them way too hard to pop together. Yes, I know the product says that it is for ages 4+, but the thing is, she has played with other pop beads before that were the same size if not slightly smaller, and she could easily pop them into place. Perhaps she will enjoy them more as she gets older, so I didn't want to give them too low of a rating, but they seem a bit too cheaply made for the price of the product.
