Bridge Street Toys
As a child, Paul Flack played with his Girder & Panel building set for hours on end. Years later, he went on the hunt for a similar set for his 8 year old son. He quickly discovered that there were many collectors searching for the original 1950's model building toys but the sets were no longer in production.
Seeing a need for reintroduction of his favorite childhood construction toys, Paul and his wife, both engineers, set out to put the classic toys back on the market. In 2005, Girder and Panel Building Sets were released by their new company Bridge Street Toys. For their efforts, kids today have the pleasure of experimenting with building fundamentals while they play with Girder & Panel construction sets over five decades later.
