Then tip back and forth gently until you control the vibrant colored balls and make them travel in the direction you want them to roll! Simply step on the sides of the rocking board. Next, place the three wooden balls in the outer circle rim, then shift and balance to guide the balls into the center space. This toy was well received at the birthday party for my 6 year old grandson. He thought it was cool, and his older sister (8 yrs.) kept playing on it over and over. Most of the adults mentioned what a great toy it is to work on balance and coordination and my son even tried it out. I was well pleased with my purchase.

It is a beautiful, high-quality item. However, we all know that doesn't mean a child will take to a toy. I got this for my 6 year old son. He was intrigued for a few minutes but quickly lost interest in its original intent for play. It was WAY too difficult for him, and he got very frustrated. Ironically, he did like rolling the 3 colored balls in the grooves, and he also took Hot Wheels and drove them around the labyrinth. It is too expensive though to be used as a track alone IMHO. If that's your game, get the greatest boys' toy value ever- Blu Track.

I purchased this as a gift for my grandchildren but I had to check it out before giving it o them! I love it and have tried it out several times myself. I think my grandchildren will really use it this winter for inside play.

The board is durable. My niece (10), son (6), and nephew (4) all enjoyed playing with it. When they took a time out, I took a turn! Loads of fun for the whole family and great exercise, too.
