Checkers is an old game, thought by some, to have the same roots as chess.
This uniquely designed checker rug with jumbo checkers is ideal for all ages - from young children to older adults.
The object is to eliminate all opposing checkers or to create a situation in which it is impossible for your opponent to make any move. Normally, the victory will be due to complete elimination.

The quality is great. this was purchased for the kids,but the adults love it too! Seniors like the size of the game pieces! We wish you also had a large backgammon set as well!

I ordered it for my aunt, who is a third grade teacher...Her students loved the checker board game...We are going to order more...So she can give them out as gifts..

Decent product for the price - rug printing was slightly off-center, does not affect play. Large format works well.
